Delivery - When can I expect my item?
The scout shop is run by a (very) small team of volunteers from within Glenrothes and Levenmouth District Scouts. All of our volunteers have other roles within scouting, often they have multiple roles. With this in mind, we intend to ship orders 2/3 times a week. This would normally be on a Tuesday evening, Friday evening and Sunday morning/afternoon. Understandably, this can mean that orders take a little bit longer than normal. We would ask that if you urgently need and order to be fulfilled then please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our very best to help.
Whilst we aim to always have stock, sometimes things run out. With this in mind our system will show you when we are low/out of stock on certain items. With badges, you will be able to order items, even if they are out of stock. We will order badges to complete orders as soon as possible. To ensure you get the best possible service, if some badges are missing, we will post out what we have to you and send the rest as soon as it arrives.
